We provide a range of psychological therapy (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness). We are all experienced BABCP accredited therapists. We work with children from the age of 11 years old and adults.

EMDR helped me analyse, understand and compartmentalise my ideas and thoughts of the accident and in turn this made it easier for me to continue with normal day to day activities.

I found it really beneficial. I still have a lot of work and practice to do but I now have a better understanding of how to better deal with situations. It has built up my confidence to try and use the suggestions given.
