About Our Therapists

All of our therapists are regulated by their respective professional regulatory bodies. You will be issued with a therapeutic contract between you and your therapist prior to receiving any paid service from Dronfield Psychological Therapies.

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Face to face appointments only)

Qualifications:

All of our Therapists have a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.We employ individual Therapists who also have at least one of the additional qualifications:

  • BHSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Drug and Alcohol Dependency
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Practitioner

Professional Regulation

All our Psychotherapists are all regulated by one or more of the following regulators:

  • The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies
  • The Health and Care Professions Council

 

Compliments, Comments or Complaints

Any compliment, comment or complaint should be raised with the therapist in the first instance or by contacting info@dronfieldpsychologicaltherapies.com If necessary, serious concerns relating to the professional conduct of an individual Therapist can be escalated to the Therapist’s respective member organisation. You can find the details of the organisation in your therapy contract.

Changes to our websites

We may update or change the content at any time. Any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Although we endeavour to ensure that our sites, or any content on them, will be free from errors or omissions, we are unable guarantee this.

Access to our sites is made available free of charge. Services provided by Dronfield Psychological Therapies such as assessment and treatment are charged for.

In the event that a mutually agreeable consultation cannot be arranged our liability will be limited to the sums paid in advance in respect of the therapy appointment.

What you can expect from us

  • When we take your card details we will keep these safe, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regluations (2018).
  • We will provide a receipt, if requested, with your unique reference on.
  • If you cancel your treatment before it commences, we will destroy any saved card or other payment details.

Refunds

We will refund any payment taken in respect of the excess within 5 working days and we will re-credit the same card that we took the original payment from. We will provide a proof document with your unique reference on via email to you at the email address you have registered with us.
