Amy is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), fully accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Amy is a qualified Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR) and is a member of the EMDR Association. Amy is also qualified to offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and as an experienced Mindfulness Teacher is able to offer this in both group settings and on an individual session basis.
